The menuplans of the ZHAW's mensas, restaurants and cafeterias are used on different devices such as infoscreens and the CampusInfo app.
Due to frequent changes in the supplier's menudata API, we introduced the server Bregenz inbetween. It provides the Globus API that serves as a stable interface. When the menudata supplier alters his format or API, the server can handle these changes without the need for updates or redeployments of the consuming ZHAW applications.
